1.2 DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
Baarbar is a travel package delivery platform that connects travelers with package senders, enabling secure and cost-effective package delivery between Sweden and Iran. The platform facilitates:

- Package Requests: Requesters (package senders) create delivery requests for packages to be transported by travelers
- Escrow Payments: Secure payment processing through PayPal and Klarna, with funds held in escrow until delivery completion
- Supported Routes: Sweden ↔ Sweden (domestic), Iran → Sweden, Sweden → Iran
- Item Types: Personal items (priced per kg), Documents (priced per piece), and Valuable Goods (priced per piece)
Baarbar acts as an intermediary platform and is not a party to the actual delivery transactions between users.

1.5.3 Request Submission Limits
To ensure fair usage and prevent abuse of the platform, Baarbar implements the following request submission limits for requesters.
- Weekly Limit: Each requester may submit a maximum of 5 active requests per week. Active requests are defined as requests with status "Pending" or "Accepted". The weekly limit is calculated on a rolling 7-day basis from the date each request was created.
- Per Travel Post Limit: Each requester may submit only 1 active request (Pending or Accepted status) per travel post at any given time. Requesters must wait for their existing request to be processed (accepted or rejected) before submitting another request for the same travel post.
- Limit Reset: The weekly limit resets automatically as requests age past 7 days or when requests are processed (completed, rejected, cancelled, or expired). The system calculates the next available submission date based on the oldest active request.
- No Weight Limit: There is no limit on the total weight of packages that can be requested, subject to available capacity on travel posts.
Important: Attempts to circumvent these limits through multiple accounts, false information, or any other means will result in account suspension or termination. Requesters are responsible for monitoring their active request count and understanding when they can submit new requests.
