When a request is accepted, the traveler receives the requester's contact information and receiver details. When a request is accepted, the requester receives the traveler's contact information and pickup address. This information is shared only for the purpose of completing the delivery transaction.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your information, including encryption of sensitive data, secure servers and databases, access controls and authentication, regular security assessments, and employee training on data protection.

However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide our services to you, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
